Congratulations to Vanessa DiBernardo for being selected Club All American for the years 2007-2008 and high school All American for 2008. 

Congratulations to the ASC U8 Rebels for taking 1st place at the Oswego Hubba Bubba Tournament with a perfect 4-0 record this past Memorial Day Weekend and also for taking 1st place at the Rockford United Watermelon Classic with a 4-0 record in the U9 division.

The ASC U14 Rebels traveled to Springfield for the Lincolnland Invitational on May 12-13 and came away with the championship trophy with a 4-0 record under Coach Dale Malmstrom.  The Rebels defeated host SASA 6-1, Little Illini from Champaign 2-1 and the Morton Blaze 4-1 before stopping Sporting Futbol Club of Peoria , 2-1 in the final.  Eight players tallied goals for the Rebels in the tournament, as they outscored their opponents 14-4 over the weekend.  Providing the offense were Moritz Conrads (3 goals & 2 assists), Jesse Rodriguez (3 goals & 1 assist), James Watson (1 goal), Will Raaf (1 goal & 3 assists), Thomas McKinney (1 assist) and Yvan Foonde, along with guest players Arturo Garcia (3 goals & 2 assists), Sean Mogan (4 assists) and Melissa Betance (1 goal, 2 assists).  Sean Elvert was strong in net with 19 saves, behind a solid wall of Nicko Makropoulos (3 assists), Brandon Sarkauskas (1 goal), Drew O'Bryan, Alex Fletcher (1 goal) and Matt Mosso on defense.  The Rebels never trailed in any game after the first half of the first game.

Congratulations to the America 's Soccer Club Rebels boy's U10 team. They competed in the 2007 Hawks Cup Tournament in Oak Brook the weekend of May 5-6, 2007. The team continued its domination over the competition with impressive play recording three straight shutouts in the tournament. In the championship game they tied the Hawks team 2 to 2 and lost in a shootout taking second place. Coach's Lamparelli, Strong and Fernandez, were very happy with the performance, and the total team effort it took to accomplish this achievement, and look forward to building on the teams success as the season progresses.

Congratulations to the U8 ASC Renegades.  They participated in the Hawks Cup the weekend of May 5-6 and finished as the Champion with a record of 4 wins and 0 losses.  Congratulations to the Coaches and players and for the tremendous support from all the family members.

Congratulations to the U8 ASC Patriots.  They participated in the Hawks Cup the weekend of May 5-6, 2007 and finished in second place with a record of 3 wins 1 loss.  Congratulations to the Coaches and players and for the tremendous support from all the family members.

 Congratulations to the ASC U10 Eagles for reaching the semi-final of the Spring Fling tournament in Rockford .  The Eagles finished the tournament with a 3-1 record.  Great job to all the  players and Coaches.

Congratulations to the ASC U15 Eagles for taking first place in the IWSL U16 A/B division with a record of 9 wins, 0 losses and 1 tie.

Congratulations to the ASC U15 Eagles for reaching the semi-final game of the Girls Best Of Midwest Tournament the weekend of Sep 29-Oct 1, 2006.  The Eagles played against Eclipse Select White and the game ended 1-1 at the end of the overtime periods.  They went to penalty kicks where the Eclipse edged out the Eagles 2-1.  The semifinal was a close match where both teams missed some opportunities to score during regulation.  The Eagles, Coached by Paul
Di Bernardo said the following ; "The Eagles played with  desire and heart throughout the weekend and saw that when the Eagles put their mind to it, they can compete.  I was very proud of the players  and pleased with the results at the Girls Best of Midwest Tournament".

Congratulations to the ASC U8 Rebels for winning the Best Of Midwest Soccer Tournament over the September 16-17, 2006 weekend.  The Rebels went 4-0 during the tournament dominating their competition.  According to Coach Huerter, Pizzo and Dr. Guay, all the boys contributed to the success of the team's performance.  They showed they are a complete team and work very hard for each other.  We also want to thank our trainer, Paul Di Bernardo, for his assistance in teaching the team many aspects of the game and to the parents and grandparents for their great support.

Congratulations to the ASC U12 Eagles.  They have started their fall season on very high note.  They have participated in the  Elks/Pepsi Classic in Granite City , IL over the weekend of August 26-27 and took 1st place.   This past weekend they participated in the NSR Gold Cup/ Lightning tournament and once again took 1st place.  They played Eclipse and won
3-2, Woodchips (MO) won 6-2 and Strikers FV White and won 3-0.  These results put them into the final on Labor Day and faced Team Chicago Blue Dolphins and won 2-1 to take home the 1st place trophy.  Due to their tremendous results over these 2 tournaments, the ASC U12 Eagles, Coached by Byron Cisneros, have been rewarded by National Soccer Rankings as the #1 team in Illinois, #3 in Region 2 and #10 in the Nation.  Great job by the ASC U12 Eagles.  We are very proud of you.

Congratulations are also in order for the ASC U10 Eagles , Coached by Peter Lambert and Joe Moreau for reaching the final of the NSR Gold Cup/Lightning Tournament over Labor Day Weekend.  They lost a close match against Team Chicago 2-1 in OT.  Great job to everyone on the ASC U10 Eagles.



Congratulations to Vanessa DiBernardo for being selected to the State, Regional and National ODP camps for the girls U14 group and to Niehkel Patel for being selected to the State and Regional ODP camps for the boys U14 group.

Cogratulations are in order to the U15 ASC Rebels.  Coached by Paul Di Bernardo, the U15 Rebels concluded a very successful season.  This past season they were finalist of the Dactyls soccer tournament in Rockford , Co-Champions  with the Rockford Raptors of the Camptom Raptors Tournament over Memorial Day Weekend.  The team has also moved into the Illinois State Rankings to the number 7th position.  They also finished in second place in the NISL Premier League, with 6 wins, and 2 ties, one point behind the first place team.  " Over all we had a very successful season, the players achieved a higher goal than anticipated and I look forward to build from the foundation we have laid out.  My hope is to continue to work with these fine young players and try our best to take this team to the next level, said Coach Di Bernardo".

U18 Girls United finished 2nd in the NSR national cup in Michigan. U17 Girls Eagles defeat former national champ mustang blast at surf cup in San Diego.

ASC united u18 girls and ASC Eagles U17 girls both were finalist at the 2005 Illinois state cup. Congratulations

National Rankings -- Former state champion U15B Rebels have been rated as high as #6 in Illinois , #14 Regionally and #49 nationally coached by Paul Dibernardo. ASC'S U15 Eagles are ranked #43 nationally and fourth in Illinois. The U17 Eagles are ranked #22 nationally, are #7 regionally and are currently second in Illinois. U17 Eagles and U15 Eagles are both coached by Angelo Dibernardo. The U18 girls are also ranked number Two in Illinois , #7 in Region II and #23 nationally - coached by Joe Moreau. The U14 Rebels of Gus Nicosia are ranked #6 in Illinois and #16 in Region II. ( www.nationalsoccerranking.com ).
